On March 21 we will have a full day excursion to Kristianstad. You will get a practical and theorethical introduction to sensory studies and food staging. The bus leaves from Pålsjövägen (the parking spot behind Kulturanatomen). Make sure to be there no later than 0845. We will be back no later than 5 pm.
