- Next week's seminar, 16 May (at 13.15, room 117) will provide you with instructions on publishing your thesis in the LUP (Lund University Papers) system which is the base for distribution to examiners and opponents, and the absolute necessity for the examination process. Please attend.
The deadlines have been moved a little when it comes to delivering the paper copies of your theses.
Time limits:
Publish 21 May at the latest on LUP (this must be the final version, identical with the paper copy that you hand in for the examination seminar and the archive)
Deliver one paper copy: 22 May at the latest. It should be left unstapled in order to facilitate making further copies and binding the pages, but joined with paper clips or in a folder, one-sided, with page numbers, and illustrations included.
You are free to deliver your paper copy earlier, but no later than 22 May; I will be in my office 9-13, and 16-18 on that day. The offices will be closed on Thursday-Friday 17-18 May.
After delivery, a second copy will be printed for the examination seminar and for the archive.
You are free to make extra copies for your own use; the text will be accessible in the LUP system.
You will be notified in due course which thesis you will examine/review/oppose and who will be your opponent .
